The Cascadia Trail Series is the only Mountain Running Series in Utah County. These races mix runnable trails with challenging and fun courses in beautiful places.



All races start at 8am:

• April 9th---Timp Shadow 5k
• June 25th - Gruesome Grizzly 8k
  
• July 16th - Battle @ Big Springs 8k
• 4th Race - TBA - Sept/Oct
